
Hello! It was a rainy day in Mass. today. However, we were happy when we got to watch the show: TV Dinner with Billy Costa. In the episode, Bill Flumerfelt and Carolyn Johnson use the Poperings Hommel beer (brewed by Brewery Van Eecke) to cook with. Carolyn is the chef at the Rialto Restaurant and Bill is the chef at the Icarus restaurant. Both of these restaurants are in Boston. They are making a clam dish.
